Black Jack and Pinoco arrive in a middle eastern town after leaving the damaged Sky Hospital. While there, they befriend a Japanese man named Aritani who is there on business. Later that night Black Jack is arrested and accused of murder, but Pinoko finds Aritani who provides an alibi for him. Jack offers to repay the favor with a free treatment if ever required...
